Summer Holiday Children's Programme 2009

Once again Callington Sport and Leisure are offering a fun packed and exciting programme of activities for children aged 5 to 16. The programme is running from Monday 27th July 2009 to Thursday 20th August 2009

Tennis, Gymnastics, Going Potty, Soft Play Day, Scuba Diving and Kayaking are some of the amazing activities on offer at Callington Sport & Leisure throughout the summer holidays.

The Summer Holiday activity programme that is coordinated with South East Cornwall Extended Services Network aims to provide safe, secure and enjoyable activities for all children at a reasonable cost. This year's programme is bigger and better than ever, so if you're interested in having some great fun this summer - book now.

 HOW TO BOOK......

1.Download the application form below and print off.

2. Complete the form and tick which activities you wish your child to take part in.

3. Send the completed form along with the correct payment to:

Beth Jones, CSL Summer Holiday Programme, Launceston Road, Callington, PL17 7DR.

Places are limited, so early booking is advisable. Your child's place on an activity will not be secure until full payment is made. Places on activities are NOT confirmed, so you may contact CSL to check all paperwork has been received.
